The City of Armstrong contracted Landmark to carry out the Meighan Creek Diversion project located just on the outskirts of the city. The primary works included a new storm water diversion network, leading into Deep Creek to alleviate Meighan Creek flood waters. This new diversion system was installed by regrading the existing ditch along HWY 97 into new flow-controlled twin CSP culverts out-letting into a revetment structure adjacent to Deep Creek.
