This 70 slip marina is adjacent to Kelowna City Park and provides full services to recreational boaters.  The marina includes designated moorage and day use areas to attract the boating community to downtown Kelowna.  The marina design incorporates utility supply lines for water, electrical, fuel, and sanitary and accommodates a wide range of watercraft including houseboats. Anchored with steel piles and concrete blocks, the dock system provides a breakwater which has performed well since its installation in 2013.
