SCES was contracted by Columbia Power Corporation to upgrade the Arrow Reservoir Boat Launch at Edgewood, BC. The project included the installation of rip rap protection, new steel piles and walkway on the existing boat launch. In addition to the launch improvements, an integrated log breakwater system was also installed. Pre-cast anchor blocks for the breakwater were placed with an 80 tonne crane working from a barge.
