SCES was contracted by Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MOTI) to install several rock groynes and engineered log jams to protect agricultural land adjacent to Eagle River. These structures direct the water flow into the middle of the channel and reduce bank erosion. Private pasture land was protected on this project.
