Old Town Bay Marina

This project involved the construction of a new marina including an integrated breakwater system and moorage for houseboats up to 80' in length.  Services include power, fuel, water and sanitary lines for commercial servicing of houseboats.  The dock system includes steel pontoons and subdeck as well as grid decking.  Docks are secured by steel piles and concrete blocks and are accessed from shore via an aluminum ramp and pier. Houseboat docks include tie-rails and all docks and fingers are trimmed with fir facia.  Upon full build-out, the marina will provide capacity for up to 500 boats.
