He has a proven track record influencing multi-million dollar heavy civil and facility construction and maintenance projects involving the oil u0026amp; gas and mining sectors. Wayne’s sharp negotiation skills with large scale contracts are demonstrated in the administration of tenders and proposals, establishment of timelines, resource coordination and the streamlining of execution to promote exponential cost savings. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mark has the background to plan, manage, and implement a wide range of construction projects for Landmark’s many clients. Mark’s dual role as Estimating and Systems Manager is foundational to the successful operations of the company. He implements technical estimating standards and procedures, and oversees the work of the estimating team.rnrnHis extensive knowledge of all department functions and processes, contributes to the successful organization of Landmark’s day to day operations, ensuring project / department milestones and goals are met and adhered to. Reece is a dynamic and motivated leader, integral to the planning, organization and management of projects within our construction team. Steve is a Registered Professional Forester with over 25 years of experience in natural resources management. Steve is the primary contact for all of Landmark’s forestry and natural resources clients and supports large and small tenure holders in managing their timber assets. Steve has a strong background in resource regulations and permitting policy which makes him a valuable contributor to a wide variety of Landmark projects. Steve leads a team of 20 professional and technical staff and advises on many construction projects.

Brandon brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of Landmark’s construction, marine, shop and fabricating departments. Brandon’s grassroots leadership style and u0022lead by exampleu0022 attitude come from his deep connection and commitment to the people he works with.
